Wes Smith is a highly skilled and versatile director, director of photography, editor, and colorist with a passion for creating story-driven films. With a keen eye for visual storytelling and a deep understanding of the filmmaking process, Wes has honed his craft over 10  years, delivering compelling narratives that leave a lasting impact.

Since earning a BA in media production from the University of Alabama in 2012, Wes has worked with business, non-profit, and individual clients to create content for social media, live events, and media for websites. With experience in script-writing, cinematography, lighting, audio, and post-production, it is a privilege to work with clients to give new voice to a story that deserves to be told.

Wes works as Technical and Media Director at Oak Mountain Presbyterian Church in Birmingham, Alabama, where he creates inspirational and engaging video content to support and advance the ministry of the church.

Wes is blessed with a loving wife and two vivacious children.  As a family, they love to explore unique locations around Alabama.
